Global Supply Chain Tableau Site Administrator. Leader for companywide Tableau User Group (TUG).\\\\n\\\\n• Developed numerous Supply Chain Tableau dashboards including safety stock, days of supply, inventory aging, material master data, purchasing source list, kanban tracking for pulling parts from offsite warehouses, purchase order acknowledgements, MRP action messages for purchased parts, SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning), ECR (Engineering Change Requests) and ECO (Engineering Change Orders).\\\\n\\\\n• Work with IT and SAP data experts to develop data sets using extracted SAP data in SQL and connected to Tableau using Relationship model. Develop numerous formulas as needed for each project.\\\\n\\\\n• Started and lead a companywide Tableau User Group (TUG). Educational meetings feature guest speakers from Tableau and Omnicell. Started and lead a second group for the Tableau Site Administrators to share best practices and as a way to foster communication and cooperation between the business areas and IT.\\\\n\\\\n• Global Supply Chain Tableau Site administrator providing user access, security, and managing daily extracts to keep dashboards up to date.\\\\n\\\\n• Set up and maintain Collections in Tableau to provide users a standard landing page with links to all relevant Supply Chain dashboards.\\\\n\\\\n• Created a series of short help videos to provide on demand training for common Tableau Server tasks including downloading data, creating custom views, expanding and collapsing hierarchies, and saving favorites.\\\\n\\\\n• Developed and taught multiple live sessions of Tableau Server for Users class as a way to orient and engage new users for getting the most out of published reports on Tableau Server.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
