Senior executive with more than 40 years experience in industry and in the Federal government (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). Entrepreneurial experience in air transportation system innovations (AURA Network Systems; Alaka\'i Technologies (Skai); SmartSky Networks; DayJet Corporation;WingTips), in vehicle development, network and airspace optimization and continuous replanning tools applied to flightpath management, and global transportation demand and supply modeling (AirMarkets Corporation). Leadership in national air transportation system strategies; large scale public-private partnerships in strategic aeronautics technology development (AGATE, SATS); state-level aviation infrastructure strategies (VSATS, Inc.); and national airspace modernization (U.S. NextGen program). Service on aircraft OEM, aeronautics, and engineering Boards of Directors and as aerospace advisor to a Private Capital Management firm (Cerberus), investment bankers, industry, states, universities, and the federal government in technology system strategies. Also am focused on applications of my expertise across many aerodnamic technology applications.
