Entrepreneurial experience in air transportation system innovations (AURA Network Systems; Alaka\'i Technologies (Skai); SmartSky Networks; DayJet Corporation;WingTips), in vehicle development, network and airspace optimization and continuous replanning tools applied to flightpath management, and global transportation demand and supply modeling (AirMarkets Corporation). Leadership in national air transportation system strategies; large scale public-private partnerships in strategic aeronautics technology development (AGATE, SATS); state-level aviation infrastructure strategies (VSATS, Inc.); and national airspace modernization (U.S. NextGen program).
