Following development of a national winery supply company in Melbourne Australia, I established Pacific Winemaking in 2006 in Sherwood (Portland) Oregon. Through our close partnership with our suppliers, PW services Oregon, Washington, Idaho and British Columbia with solutions, supply and service of new and innovative products for the wine industry. Working with many quality international suppliers (such as Tonnellerie Mercier, Algor, Filtrox, G3/DIAM Bouchage, TDD-Grilliat, Boise Oak, Olavin etc), PW supplies Oak Barrels and Oak Alternatives, Stainless Tanks / Fermenters, Disgorging and other sparkling equipment, One-way wine kegs and DIAM closures.
