About Bruce Denson

Since 1994, I have been involved in criminal justice in Pinellas County, Florida, and the Tampa Bay region. During that time, I have been both a prosecutor and, since 1998, a criminal law attorney for clients facing Florida misdemeanor and felony charges including DUI, drug possession, robbery or burglary, rape or sexual assault, domestic battery, and juvenile offenses. We can also assist in record sealing and other matters related to criminal cases. I take pride in always providing my clients with a high quality, aggressive defense. After I evaluate the case against you, I will let you know the best possible disposition we can negotiate with the prosecutor as well as your chances of success at trial. We will sit down and discuss your options so that you can make an informed decision on how to resolve the charges against you. In addition, I will keep you informed of the status of your case as it progresses to assure you understand what is occurring.
