Beyond the realm of real estate, I am an enthusiastic retail trader. I begin most days by rising early at 5:30 am to analyze pre-market trends and make my moves as the bell rings. From 6:30 am to 8:00 am, I am trading the market. This daily financial exercise invigorates me for my day ahead of working full time in my real estate practice. Another little side project I enjoy working on is my YouTube Channel (Bruce Bradbury). I talk about finances and trading insights with a larger audience through my channel. It’s a fun way for me to help to simplify the often intimidating world of finance and trading. But the approach is from an always-learning mindset, and making the videos honestly helps me to understand the subject matter more. It’s been widely studied that teaching a subject is the best way to improve your own understanding. Big future dreams? I aspire to have a Bloomberg terminal (A very expensive digits trading port with the most cutting edge news and data,$20k per month) and travel the globe with my fiancé and our corgi, Ivy. This is not just a career for me, it’s a life rich with aspirations, dedication, and a continuous journey of learning and growth. I am not just a real estate agent but a partner in your real estate journey. I want to make the selling or buying process less daunting and be there for you every step of the way.
