As a continuation of my Charter consulting activities, I have established and am responsible for the management of the analytics operations function for the Advanced Engineering Division. Critical to the establishment of this new function was the creation of a real-time data plane for the collection, ingestion, and distribution of high volume/variety network-based capacity, consumption, health, and utilization data. This platform is designed to unlock the value of data in motion and provides an unprecedented level of data governance to ensure that the critical corporate data asset is properly managed and protected. The platform will form the foundation for model-based intelligence deployment throughout the Charter delivery network. My team is also responsible for the systems used to clean, curate, and manage the consumption of data assets.
