NOW: Bruce has been retired for more than 5 years after having enjoyed a wonderful career of 40 years with Scotiabank. Bruce still remains active by sitting on 3 volunteer boards and numerous committees (just the right amount, so please don\'t ask about more), loves to play golf, has the most incredible granddaughters, is happy to be traveling again, enjoys cooking, and after her latest hip replacement (her fourth) in 2022, his wife was able to play golf again after a 11 year hiatus. Life is great! Retirement is a pretty good gig. THEN: Bruce has a great deal of management experience leading a large team of talent acquisition specialists across Canada. His team recruits for a variety of business lines including; Retail & Small Business, Commercial Banking, Automotive, and Mortgage Specialists. Bruce and his team are very involved with College & University recruitment, and are very active with on campus events. In addition, Bruce has been a champion of diversity and inclusion throughout his career. PS: Bruce was blessed to have a number of amazing team members work with him over the years :)
