In my 36 years at JLL I have opened and/or led several new geographies and businesses in North America and organized and trained the Tenant Representation business in Asia Pacific. My specialties include Tenant Representation, Real Estate Strategies, and the Energy and Insurance industries among others. Serving as the Client Relationship Manager for several large JLL clients was another great learning experience for me. In those roles I introduced several new JLL services to meet the needs of those clients. As an advisor and broker I have negotiated over 38 million square feet of transactions, including 22 million square feet of corporate or regional headquarters and many corporate site selections, saving clients in aggregate over $2 billion. CoreNet and many other organizations call on me frequently to speak on a variety of real estate topics, and I am always happy to comply.
