The Parliamentarian\'s Role is to advise the Presiding Officer in responding to Points of Order and Parliamentary Inquiries, and generally to provide advice on conducting official meetings of the MI GOP while conducting State Central Committee meetings and State Conventions, according to the Party\'s Rules, By-Laws and Robert\'s Rules of Order, as then applicable due to delegate adoption. And, on the Chair\'s direction, the Parliamentarian may give an explanation directly to those duly convened but on only the most involved, complex matters.
