Maintained and developed new relationships with Members of Congress, Senior Leadership staff, and key staff to prioritize advocacy priorities. Collaborated with Congressional and Executive branch staff to advocate on artificial intelligence, quantum computing, privacy, trade, intellectual property, cybersecurity, appropriations, and procurement policy issues. Lead monthly meetings with BSA Member Companies to implement lobbying, communications, and advocacy priorities. Lobbied key committees to successfully invite BSA’s CEO and senior policy staff to testify in Congress four times during the 118th Congress. Secured Senators, Members of Congress, and Executive Branch officials to participate in various speaking events sponsored by BSA. Coordinated with member companies to have their executives testify in committees on numerous occasions. Moderated Congressional briefings on how artificial intelligence impacts industries other than the technology sector. Supervise the Political Action Committee (PAC) to identify, contribute, and design fundraising events for Members of Congress. Manage a team of 10 consultants to advocate for BSA priorities. Successfully recruited new companies for BSA’s Global Data Alliance program membership. Named a Top Lobbyist in 2023 and 2024 by The Hill newspaper
