Project Punga is the new distribution center developed by Tainui Group Holdings for their tenant K-Mart. The project comprised of m2 of internal ware house space and of external yards, office and ancillary buildings. My brief was very much a hands-on approach, to mentor and manage the well-being of the project team, manage stakeholder expectations, manage commercial expectations and complete the project through to Practical Completion.
