I graduated with an Engineer\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Green Fort Engineering College in 2017, and since then I have been working in the staffing and recruitment industry. I am currently a Staffing Manager at Talent Staffing Solutions, a leading company that provides quality and customized staffing solutions to clients across various sectors and domains. In my current role, I manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from screening resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
