I\'ve spent my entire 25 year career in the small and medium enterprise arena. My conviction is that this is where the action is, and these businesses are the engine for our economy. I spent the first part of my career listening to and helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. That was very fulfilling. I spent the next part of my career working in an entrepreneurial venture, getting my hands dirty to grow and improve a business. That part was fun, fast paced and exciting. I learned a tonne and accomplished many things that I\'m proud of.
