Bruce Kaplan is an associate general counsel putting his energy to work for Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP), a Fortune 500 adaptive distribution energy company. In this role, Bruce helps manage the company’s M&A pipeline, while advancing strategic growth objectives across Global’s business. With over a decade of experience at Global, Bruce has provided exceptional legal support for IT, Marketing, HR, Accounting, Operations and Corporate, and in doing so has gained significant experience with data privacy compliance; EV initiatives; Dodd-Frank compliance; TTB permitting and compliance; RINS compliance; and systems design and implementation. Global’s diverse portfolio focuses on the storage of petroleum products and renewable fuels through one of the largest terminal networks in the Northeast, and marketing them in North America to third parties and its network of 1,700 sites under several retail brands, including its proprietary Alltown Fresh (https://alltownfresh.com/).
