Being in the industrial environment for over 25 years has afforded me the opportunity to continually grow those essential skills needed to progressively support, grow and achieve the defined corporate directives, this experience includes but is not limited to SAP applications, ERP solutions, maintenance development CMMS and management.Maintenance Manager- defining, developing and leading engineers, planners, supervisors and technicians to support corporate directives Project Management - charter development, defining and managing the scope, cost and scheduling of said projects, CPM Methodoligizes, creating gantt charts, time tables and milestones to oversee successful completion, adhering to PMI (Project Management Institute) principles.Planner / Coordinator - Overseeing project execution from inception to commissioning and completion, working with stakeholders, engineering, local government and or safety forces to meet or exceed customer / company expectations. Maintenance Supervisor - maintenence development, leadership experience, FLST (Front Line Support Team) for effective employee management, team building and leadership, communication, goal setting, developing individuals’ growth plans, training and education needs to support OSHA safety practices, as well as continuous improvement and capital expenditures to support and meet the company’s growth expectations. My education and experience include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management (2019), focusing on strategic business solutions and applications, Associates of Science in electrical / electronic engineering (2003) to define and manage control systems and process flow with an emphasis on project management,Furthermore, I believe leadership should be built upon trust, respect and communication with a focus on the company’s and customers’ needs - always functioning within strong effective safety practices.
