Isaac recently listed industrial facilities from 14,400 SF to SF in Corbin, Danville, Frankfort, Georgetown, Lexington, Morehead, Middlesboro and Nicholasville, KY. Isaac represented an international engineering company on their new SF office BTS, long term lease location +/-$11.5M. Isaac closed 2015 with a $17.5M sale of two office/Warehouse facilities with SF on +/- 29 acres of land.

To date, Isaac has represented Wal-Mart, Sam’s and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Markets in over in retail land acquisitions. Isaac was appointed receiver of the 3rd largest office tower in Lexington\'s Central Business District, Chase Tower a 15 story office building with over SF. In 2011 Isaac completed two of the largest office leases in Lexington totaling over SF & valued at over $11.1M.
