ABOUT BRUCE HOWELL
Formerly with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, PC, I was among the founders of the Dallas (Texas) Bar Association\'s Health Law Section and one of the first Board Certified Health Lawyers in Texas. I am a Past Chair of the Texas Bar Association Health Law Section and am admitted in the States of Texas, New York, Oregon and Washington. I counsel clients on a broad array of health law issues, including reimbursement, fraud and abuse, managed care issues, physician practice management issues and the Affordable Care Act of 2010. I am a Distinguished Professor from Practice at Willamette University College of Law where I teach courses in health law and the health care industry.
