With BAE Systems/Sanders since July 1981. Began career in finance, and moved to Business Development/Strategy in 1992. Extensive experience in strategic planning/strategy, and long range planning. Also responsible for oversight of advisers/consultants administration, Events and Exhibitions, BD Analyst support to Businesses, Offset Adminstration, Statistical Analyses and currently manage/supervise a staff of eleven. Also have extensive experience in budgeting, and financial analysis. Current assignment includes oversight of Salesforce.com CRM. Tracking of metrics and KPIs for new business opportunities and pipeline tracking/management. Also act as functional process lead for the Business Development Function within the Electronic Systems Sector. Functional lead supporting all process audits across the sector related to the BD function. Specialties: Strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, Events & Exhibitions.
