Independent owner and operator of Hinsch Property Solutions, LLC, a HomeVestor\'s of America franchise (\"We Buy Ugly Houses\") operating throughout Northeast Florida, since June of 2019. I invest in real estate- wholesale, buy and hold, or buy-rehabilitate and sell properties. I especially enjoy helping sellers out of \"ugly\" situations by providing professional and courteous service to reach solutions that work for both of us. I proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 30 years and retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer in 2019.
