Bruce Hansen brings three decades of experience building companies across the burgeoning data analytics, AI, and software industries. He also has significant corporate governance expertise at both public and private-equity backed companies. Currently, Hansen serves as board chair at Verisk Analytics, Inc.(S&P 500; NASDAQ: VRSK) and a board member at LivePerson (Russell NASDAQ: LPSN). Over the past several years, Hansen has served as a director at 4 public and 7 VC private-equity backed firms. In addition, in 2018 he stepped in as interim CEO at Mitek Systems Inc. while the company completed a new CEO search. From 2002 to 2012, Hansen was chairman/CEO at ID Analytics. He co-founded the company, raised $45 million in venture financing, and built a high-growth, profitable firm serving 280 enterprises and 5 million consumers. In 2012, Hansen orchestrated the sale of the company to LifeLock for $200+ million. Prior to ID Analytics, Hansen was president at HNC Software Inc.(NASDAQ: HNCS), a $1 billion+ global AI software provider in financial services, wireless, and healthcare. HNC was acquired by FICO in 2002. Prior, Hansen was CEO at CASA Inc, a privately-held analytics company acquired by HNC in Earlier, he held executive roles at CitiGroup, ADP, and JP Morgan Chase. In 2007, Hansen was named Ernst & Young\'s Entrepreneur of the Year (San Diego) and one of four national finalists for U.S. Entrepreneur of the Year. In 1998, he was named the Los Alamos National Laboratory\'s Entrepreneur of the Year. Hansen holds an A.B in economics from Harvard University and an MBA in finance from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
