Bruce H. White has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Corporate Transaction & Securities department and concentrates his practice on corporate law, business transactions, commercial finance transactions and corporate reorganizations.Bruce has over 25 years of experience in complex business transactions, reorganizations, insolvency and bankruptcy litigation matters. He as represented clients in a wide range of corporate law matters, including representing lenders and borrowers in all types of complex commercial finance transactions; representing clients in all type of acquisitions, contracts, creditors’ rights matters and in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases.Bruce as substantial experience advising company boards of directors and management on a wide range of corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters. Bruce has negotiated and prepared all types of contracts and settlement agreements for clients.Prior to joining the firm, Bruce was president, CEO and general counsel of a large manufacturing company in Utah, where he lead all aspects of the company. Bruce is a former shareholder of the international firm of Greenberg Traurig in Dallas and a partner at the national firm of Patton Boggs in Dallas.
