Overseeing the operational management and logistics of the internal fleet to ensure optimum utilisation. Maintaining strong relationships with third party providers and operational partners, ensuring efficient operational delivery against agreed service levels. Operational responsibility for the opening of Space locations. Ensuring brand operational requirements are met both in Space experience centres and at Polestar authorised service centres
