ABOUT BRUCE GRAHAM

Bruce, a native of Montana is a graduate of Montana State University with a BS and was credentialed as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), a Certified Fitter in Orthotics (CFO), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His career began as a high school Physics / Mathematics teacher and Athletic Trainer. A great opportunity allowed him to shift his career to professional sports where he worked as an Athletic Trainer for the San Francisco Giants and then the Colorado Rockies. His professional career included experiences at both the minor league and major league levels.In Bruce moved out of the sports world and began his career in Operations. He has overseen operations in Home DME, Prosthetics & Orthotics, Dialysis Clinics, a Rheumatology medical practice, and Physical Therapy Clinics. In addition, he has managed revenue with a CBO and oversaw various employee training and development programs. During his career, he has managed operations at the local, state, regional, and national levels. His leadership style is best described as Servant Leadership, Collaboration, and Knowing the Why.Bruce is currently the Area Director for BAYADA, a national Home Healthcare company. Bruce’s goal is too inspire his team to provide outstanding patient care.
