ABOUT BRUCE FEFFER

Bruce Feffer has over 30 years experience as a New York attorney. His practice is primarily focused on commercial law, real estate and mediation. He has made numerous public speaking appearances as a lecturer and spokesperson, particularly on real estate matters, and has published articles for the legal profession and general public.For over three decades, Bruce Feffer has served and developed a clientele in the Asian American business community, as well as Hong Kong, China, and Korea. He served on the Board of Directors of the Manhattan Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and is Legal Advisor to the American Chinese Real Estate Society (ACRES). He is a recipient of the Dream of Equality Award and Agent of Change Award from Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) for his work in the Asian American community in New York City, particularly in the areas of real estate, affordable housing preservation, economic development, and voting rights.
