   I have a hybrid role, with one foot in the learning world and the other in communication to support teammate performance, retention, and business results. On the learning side of things, my goal is to help my teammates get started on the right foot by managing and facilitating our orientation program. I also use my leadership development experience to equip leaders with skills, resources, and information that prioritizes enabling their teams to be successful. I provide strategic counsel to people leaders to help them become better communicators and more effective resources for their teams. On the communication side, I play a key role in site design and content development for our modern intranet platform and other internal communication vehicles. And I partner with our ELT to support content and event production for our town halls.
