Former Pentair Valves and Controls 1/2015 to 4/2017 Qualifying PQR’s, WPS’s. Qualifying welders to the following processes: GTAW. GMAW, FCAW and SMAW per ASME Section IX, PED and IBR. Working closely with Product Engineers to ensure that the proper WPS is assigned to the Production Work Order. Monitor the repairs in accordance with ASME section Div. 1, on valves and ensuring PWHT procedures are adhered to. Purchase welding consumables and filler materials, and maintaining control of filler materials.
