   I left Ford to co-found STAR. Our mission, at STAR, is to help people and organizations accurately assess where they are now, what they want to become and help them get there. We’ve developed sophisticated, yet extremely user-friendly 360-degree survey technology, a proprietary reporting process our clients tell us is “second to none” and patent pending automated coaching tools. The effectiveness of our coaching tools is being validated by academic studies at several universities and the results are very positive.STAR conducts surveys around the world for large multi-national corporations and small consulting companies. Our clients stay with us long-term. We’ve earned a reputation of excellent service, elegant solutions and exceeding expectations.
