Experience includes alternative project delivery and public-private partnership (P3) methods including design-bid-build, design-build, and design-build-operate with an excellent record of meeting project schedule and budgets. Project funding has included public bond, private bond, private equity, state revolving loan, federal grant such as WIFIA, rural development, and CDBG.Currently serving as Jacobs SVP, Water Design-Build Executive Director of Growth throughout North America with a goal to achieve $2B annual revenue. Focusing on client education, promotion of industry best practices, Owner Advisor, pursuit sales manager, developing our Design-Build growth strategy, and leading our Design-Build business development team.I have the opportunity to support several alternative delivery Owner Advisor roles for over $1.0 billion of water and wastewater capital projects, the asset management program for DC Water including the 300 MGD (avg) Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (largest of its kind in the world), capital investment planning and optimization for the $1 billion San Mateo Clean Water Program, asset management and $1.2 billion capital investment planning for the Wichita water utilities, asset management and capital investment planning and optimization for Detroit\'s Great Lakes Water Authority CSO Facilities with 17.6 billion gallons per day of treatment capacity, and numerous North American municipal water and wastewater utilities and treatment facilities.2020 American Water Works Association (AWWA) George Warren Fuller Award winner for the Kansas Section.
