Most recently, I was rehired by Northeast Building Products to fix complicated problems and subsequently grow production while managing 11 production lines across 3 facilities that operated 2–3 shifts per day. This role included overseeing 5 direct reports and 600 indirect-report employees. Successes included driving a complete turnaround, increasing revenue by millions of dollars in the final 21 weeks of 2017. We also achieve record-breaking revenue growth and EBITDA in 2019 by migrating our largest customers to a new product.Also noteworthy is the growth of the main production line output by 23% from 520 to 640 units/day by designing a software solution. As well, I raised on-time deliveries from 20% to +90% during the pandemic by designing a system to manage production ordering.
