   Recruited to build and scale the enterprise process engineering function across five business units: Credit Card, Merchant Services, Small Business, Marketing, and the Chief Administrative Office. Team scaled from 9 to 22 and delivered $100M+ in value through 100+ projects and 300+ documented models. Enterprise Process Expansion: Unified five LOBs under a centralized governance model, aligning process teams and product partners through repeatable tools, roadmaps, and reporting routines. AI & Automation Leadership: Delivered 25+ automation projects and launched AI pilots focused on control optimization, complaints, and CRA compliance using Copilot, Gemini, and PowerSuite.$100M+ Benefit Delivery: Consistently exceeded benefit targets (200–300%) through revenue enablement, cost out, and risk remediation.
