I\'m an American living in London, who helps PE funds and portfolio companies deliver transformation, value creation, and operational improvement. My approach is hands-on: I\'ve built operating platforms from scratch, led cross-functional teams through carve-outs and integrations, and sat in the COO seat with full P&L ownership. At Macquarie, I took the Insurance Facility from a small business to a global operation with 32%+ revenue CAGR over six years. I built the operating infrastructure from first principles: finance function, data operations, CRM, order-to-cash, and compliance frameworks across five locations.
