I have been working with and coaching businesses on how to properly handle electronic payment with their customers and buyers for over a decade. I work hard to make their systems as cost effective as possible while also removing any friction when it comes to the business receiving payment. In my role at Avid Pays, I have always been highly adept at seeking out the best software platforms to achieve these goals for our clients and bringing all the relevant parties together in a way that allows for a world-class customer experience. All my clients start by working with me directly, and then we build a customer support experience as we go at any pace and communication style they prefer. I believe that if we give our customers solid payments knowledge, they will always do better and make smart, informed choices. My goal is for all of my customers to do what they do best - operate their business and never have to deal with the headache of getting paid.
