As a medical recruiter at US Army, I identify and recruit top-tier healthcare professionals, skillfully coordinating and streamlining the application process for full ride scholarships. I contribute to the strategic enhancement of the military\'s medical capabilities through precise talent acquisition and scholarship facilitation. My career in leadership began as a high school student council member, senior class officer, and state championship cross-country team member. I continued to excel as a cross-country athlete, ROTC cadet commander, and senior class president at University of Central Arkansas, where I graduated with a BS in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies in 2019. I joined the US Army as a healthcare administrator, managing training schedules, vehicle maintenance, and tactical deployment for 100+ healthcare professionals. I am driven by a commitment to coachability, self-discipline, and personal awareness, facilitated by the guidance of exceptional mentors. My goal is to apply my leadership, operational, and recruitment skills to hospital environments, where I can make a positive impact on the health and wellness of the community.
