As Managing Director at Jumptec Ltd (PE-backed, 4m turnover), I took part in a recovery attempt to turnaround the British motorcycle manufacturer CCM Motorcycles. Direct reporting line to the PE board with a team of 35 employees.Within one year turned a negative cash flow to positive through operational streamlining and strategic transformation of sales and marketing. Improve dealer relations and expand network sales and service outlets, compile dealer agreements and implement KPI targets and guidelines. Launched a revised model line-up, e-commerce platform, and new merchandise range, delivering 15% YOY sales growth and 8k monthly revenue from merchandise.Drove major improvements in product quality, CRM utilisation, and lead generation—boosting MQLs by 330% and production efficiency by 12%.Oversaw full brand repositioning, including website, 3D configurator, and dealer expansion—resulting in higher market coverage and stronger customer sentiment.
