I am an investor and operating executive with a track record of success in dynamic, high growth environments. I have spent the last decade in lower middle-market private equity investing and operating company executive leadership.As the President of Tide Rock, I helped develop and scale an unlevered buyout model targeting economically resilient, lower middle-market ($0-$15m EBITDA) B2B companies. Our model focuses on fundamental value creation vs financial engineering and delivers consistent, high yield returns to investors via quarterly distributions. I lead capital deployment and have invested hundreds of millions of dollars from family offices, MFOs, RIAs, endowments, and the sellers of the companies we buy across dozens of deals.
