My practice focuses on the representation of commercial real estate buyers and sellers, including developers, owners, users, borrowers and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate development, among all classes of real estate (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, medical and residential developments). I am also an adjunct professor at Belmont University’s College of Law, teaching real estate transactions and real estate finance. I am also the Municipal Judge for the City of Forest Hills, addressing primarily code violations and real estate related matters.
