ABOUT BROOKS BOND

I am a recent graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. As a former Division I lacrosse athlete, I’ve honed strong leadership, time management and teamwork skills. This past summer, I completed an internship at CSR Capital, a data center real estate fund with over $900M in assets under management, where I gained valuable experience in data center real estate and private equity. Previously, I interned with Lincoln Property Company’s Capital Markets team, working on real estate transactions and acquisitions modeling. This past fall, I interned under the Associate Athletic Director at the University of Delaware, focusing on budgeting, decision-making, and operations. I am eager to leverage my experiences in private equity, real estate, and sport management to drive growth and innovation in my future role, and I am actively seeking opportunities.
