   Serving as the VP of Recruitment has truly broadened my perspective on leadership, collaboration, and recruitment strategies. The insights I\'ve gained from understanding the challenges and successes we face will undoubtedly guide me in my professional journey moving forward. It has been nothing short of amazing to collaborate with such passionate women who consistently support and uplift each other to become the best versions of themselves. This leadership role has instilled in me a greater sense of confidence and purpose. It has been one of my greatest privileges to lead over 300 ZETAs at Indiana University. Recruitment is a pivotal part of our chapter’s story, and I am proud to have lead and shape it with the unwavering support of my sisters and the invaluable lessons I\'ve gathered. Together, we will continue to build a strong, supportive community that thrives on mutual respect and shared goals- Membership sustainment and growth, ensuring quality membership, educating officers and volunteers- Providing resources and creating training content & presentations for the recruitment process for all chapter sisters- Managing the recruitment system, and continuous recruitment and retention expectations.
