Launched a CNC Machine Training initiative with Caterpillar, Ivy Tech faculty, and IEDC, enrolling employer partners (Caterpillar, Dana, Kirby Risk Precision, CSI Closures) in CNC academic courses supported by a $35K Duke Energy grant (Fall 2025).Partnered with Greater Lafayette Commerce to design and deliver three industry bootcamps (Agriculture, Advanced Manufacturing, IT & Health Sciences) with Skyepack and Ivy Tech, providing career-connected pathways for high school seniors at risk of non-completion.Co-developed a semiconductor workforce program with Purdue and Ivy Tech through IEDC’s READI initiative, serving 210 rising high school juniors/seniors across six counties with summer training, hands-on microelectronics, and $1,500 stipends.Expanded employer partnerships across a 9-county region, activating 248 employer accounts, increasing Achieve Your Degree participation by 34%, and achieving an 84% student retention rate, driving economic mobility and workforce-aligned talent development.
