ABOUT BROOKLYN BOYARS

With over two decades of experience in the sports and live event industry, I am passionate about creating immersive stadium experiences that wow audiences, engage fans, and showcase brands. As the current Senior Director of Stadium Production & Matchday Presentation at BMO Stadium and the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) I lead a talented team of producers, production crew, technicians, talent, and more to deliver high-quality audiovisual presentation and engaging live event production for every LAFC home game, as well as a wide-range of events and concerts at BMO Stadium. My core competencies include live entertainment, event planing & management, leadership, stadium production, operational logistics, special effect design, and staff management & development. I have a proven track record of executing complex and innovative projects that require a combination of technical, creative, and logistical skills, such as designing and implementing a 150-fixture custom modular lighting rig at Crypto.com arena, or currently spearheading an estimated $20MM series of technology upgrades at BMO Stadium including large-format LED replacement, IPTV system replacement, and control room and audio system upgrades. As an executive producer, I\'ve been fortunate to lead the creative planning, design, production, and execution of live events and major league sporting events around the world. From small, sales prospecting events to major tentpole events and marquee sporting events - including championship-clinching games and the parades that follow (seven of them, in fact), All-Star games, international tournaments, the Olympics - I\'ve seen and done it all. I spend a lot of time (over)thinking about how to take projects - and people - to the next level. It\'s important to me to help foster the career growth of young talent in the industry, particularly women. It\'s also important to me that the teams I work within are inclusive, respectful, and comfortable. I hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, which reflects my commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and respect within my team and across the organization. My mission is to take dreams and turn them into realities, and to inspire and empower others to do the same.
