As a Customer Success Manager at Lyfegen, I serve as the point of contact and trusted advisor for our Canadian clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring their success with our drug rebate and market access solutions, and more. Previously, as a Senior Market Access Analyst at MORSE Consulting, I developed market access and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical products, including rare diseases, oncology, and multi-indication facets, while also leading the firm’s marketing team. My expertise is built on a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, complemented by hands-on experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator managing phase 2/3 trials in allergy and immunology, a Biochemist Research Intern at Oxilight Inc, a biotech start-up, and published research in organic synthesis.Outside of work, you can find me on the soccer field, running, or on the ski hill with friends!
