I studied Accounting & Finance at the University of Bristol (first-class) because I believe good accountants need to understand both disciplines - they\'re interconnected.I started my career at PwC, where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with first-time passes and worked with FTSE 250 clients in banking and wealth management. The technical training was invaluable, but I wanted work where I could see tangible impact.I\'ve since joined One Big Circle, a Bristol-based tech scale-up in rail infrastructure, to apply both financial and management accounting in a growing business where my work makes a real difference.Outside work, I\'m passionate about social mobility - I volunteer helping people from under-represented backgrounds navigate career options and build confidence. Helping others develop matters to me, both at work and beyond.
