As an Account Resolution Representative Intern, I work closely with the communications team supporting the Head of The Private Bank and Partnerships. My responsibilities include contributing to external media and PR efforts, drafting LinkedIn posts, writing success stories, and creating articles for The Private Bank newsletter. I partner with business and marketing teams to develop client-facing informational materials, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Additionally, I work with the Western Divisional Sales Manager and her team to support communications planning, client events, and the development of materials and resources that enable Advisors, sales leaders, and market teams to better serve clients. I also actively engage in educational sessions, team meetings, and cross-functional collaboration with fellow interns and analysts across the broader organization.
