My passion is to see small and medium sized businesses thrive! I believe that communication is key and that in order to see a business become successful, you must prioritize communication between employees and employers. Federal and state labor laws can also seem numerous and daunting to business owners but I enjoy bringing clarity and solutions to any issues that may arise. Because I have over fourteen years of management experience, I understand the intense challenges that face leaders in the workplace today. Human Resources is my focus because I see employees as more than a “resource”; they are valuable. I started my company to help companies succeed but also to shift paradigms about HR. Many see HR as the \"police\" of the organization. I prefer to demonstrate that Human Resources can be the coaches, mentors, and thought leaders, assisting businesses in proactive ways that contribute positively to the bottom line and achieve operational goals.

   I started an HR consulting firm in 2017 and was the sole proprietor and only employee. Since that time, I have successfully grown my business, hired a world class team, and expanded the reach of Clarity HR Consulting into a national business.To date, I have a team of seven amazing employees, who work remotely in various states and even, most recently, internationally. This team has a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources, for a total of 60 years combined experience, with degrees, credentials, and awards. I could not be more proud of my INCREDIBLE team!I have grown my business from one client to 47 clients at the end of 2022. At the start of my business, I had just a few clients locally in Redding, CA and, currently, have multiple clients across the U.S. who have remote employees in 26 states.One of my favorite accomplishments, however, is building my business on the foundation of core values. I partner with organizations to teach others healthy communication in order to have healthy working relationships, but I believe a healthy culture must start with my own business.Our team worked together to develop and embrace the following core values: Collaboration, Growth-Mindset, Strategy, Tenacity, Trust, Positivity, Connection, and Excellence.
