As the Director of Retail Business Partnering at Pandora, I lead the HR strategy and execution for the North America retail operations, supporting over employees across 400 stores. With over 8 years of experience in the retail luxury goods and jewelry industry, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful talent solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement across office, retail and distribution center populations. Some of my key accomplishments include leading the strategy and execution of Pandora\'s first ever global leadership program, Pandora RISE, which resulted in award recognition and positive feedback from participants and stakeholders. I spearheaded multiple company re-organizations locally and globally to improve company efficiency and engagement. I future-proofed our business by developing and implementing talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning and career development.
