ABOUT BROOKE PHILLIPSON

I bring a unique blend of skills to the table. As an Associate Market Specialist at Zywave, I\'ve honed the art of researching, developing and delivering impactful employee benefits (EB) content that resonates with diverse audiences. Team collaboration ensures content alignment with market demands and trends. I bring calmness and flexibility to projects and environments with many moving parts. I can be a pacesetter. I’m not afraid to venture into the unknown and am comfortable managing ambiguity. While I believe teamwork is important, it’s just as important to focus on individualism and appreciate (and support) the unique personalities and skills of others. I bring a contagious positivity that will give any dark cloud a silver lining, and I love to celebrate the success of others.I\'ve also leveraged my communications and writing skills for organizational efforts that help shape Zywave’s employee experience and company culture. I previously served on our company’s Connectionz Committee (20••••22) which develops programming and content that supports our employees’ physical, mental and financial well-being. Most recently, I served on the Leadership Committee (20••••24) for the company’s inaugural Employee Resource Group (ERG)—W••••@Zywave.Prior to Zywave, I spent a decade in public relations (PR) roles at marketing agencies, providing a wide range of services. My areas of expertise include content development (B2B, B2B2C), internal communications, media relations and social media. Clients’ industries have included pest management, water technology, fire suppression, building technology, consumer packaged goods (food) and events (music).
