I’m Brooke, a Planning and Design Consultant who thrives at the intersection of land planning, architecture, and interiors, taking projects from “I think this could be something…” all the way to “Wow, this is exactly what I imagined!” My work spans the full lifecycle of a property: land acquisition, entitlements, architectural design, interior selections, and prepping homes for market. If it relates to transforming a piece of dirt into a place people love, I’m in!As a creative analytic who brings logical thinking out of the box, I enjoy bringing clarity to complex projects and helping clients make confident, informed decisions. I have been called a Swiss Army knife, the Wikipedia of the homebuilding industry, and my favorite, a leader rather than a boss. I have also been called a unicorn, although I still debate whether that was a compliment given their questionable existence. 🦄I have been fortunate to work across many facets of the industry, gaining hands-on experience in both horizontal and vertical design and development. I can help negotiate and acquire a piece of property, plan and rezone it, coordinate engineering for development, navigate platting, and design what will ultimately be built. When that part is complete, I can help finish it so it becomes uniquely yours, or help you sell it if that is the next step.As Co-Founder of BAY+BEAM, I partner with homeowners, builders, residential contractors, and private land developers across Florida. Our guiding belief is simple: Connecting People + Places Through Holistic, Intentional Design. Together with my close friend and co-founder, we\'ve built a team on shared values of collaboration, curiosity, and doing meaningful work with genuine, great people.Being a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with significant experience in land planning and the homebuilding industry, I\'m able to support clients through acquisition strategy, investment considerations, and overall property planning.
