Hi, I’m Brooke! I’m a multifaceted writer and editor with a Ph.D. in English literature and expertise in the full grant lifecycle.I’m a manager for Baker Tilly’s development & community advisory and tribal services practices. I provide grant funding advising, pursuit, and compliance support for a variety of public sector clients, including Tribes, Tribal organizations, municipalities, local-governments, utilities, energy coops, and joint action agencies. I\'ve used my writing and strategic thinking skills to help build funding capacity for a diverse array of projects, from language and culture to energy and infrastructure.Academically, I’m an Independent Scholar. My research focuses on 19th C British and American literature, feminism, affect theory, sentimentalism, and women\'s fiction. I have eight years of experience as an Associate Instructor and Teaching Fellow at Indiana University, teaching composition, business writing, and literature courses.
