About Brooke Magpiong
People have often shared with me that I am thoughtful of others and have a kind heart. I enjoyed having these put to the test in my first job as a Hostess at an upscale restaurant in Torrance, California. There, I encountered many challenging customer service situations that created great learning experiences for me. I came to appreciate the compliments received from customers and colleagues alike on the service I provided. From that point on, I have felt a calling towards the hospitality industry. More specifically, my passion and interest has drawn me towards the hotel industry.
